Founded in 2017 by Christy Kennedy
Christy brings over two decades of experience as a qualitative researcher, facilitator, and coach for the world’s largest brands. Culture Conscious was created to offer Fortune 500 clients and their teams pathways to self-awareness, empathy, and enhanced performance.
Christy's personal battle with a life-threatening illness, along with her firsthand experience and observation of the toll that relentless workloads, complex internal dynamics, and burnout can take on her clients, ignited a profound commitment to pursue her true passion: transforming corporate cultures through the Enneagram and Three-Centered Leadership.
